Characteristics of the Qipao Costume
This qipao is made from a bright blue textured silk printed with white florals resembling dandelions. This dreamy pattern is crisply framed with off-white wide bindings, making flowing curves at the shoulders and hem. This is an interesting play of contrasting visual elements, as though echoing with the character’s destiny.
