Leslie Cheung's first horror film would turn out to be his last. In his final film role, Cheung plays Jim, a psychiatrist tasked to treat a woman (Karena Lam) who claims that she can see ghosts. However, their time together ends up triggering Jim's own repressed trauma from his past. After exploring his dark side with director Lo Chi-leung on action thriller Double Tap (2000), Cheung reunited with the director on a role that was so intense that it reportedly left a deep psychological scar on him. The superstar's immense dedication to the film is a tragic reminder of the great talent that we've lost.
