Little Tommy (Ben Ben) and his sister Maisy (Helen Chan) have been living apart since Wing-cheong (Sam Hui) and Nancy (Olivia Cheng) separated. When the two kids learn that their parents are entering new relationships, they rely on grandpa (Dean Shek) to step in and save the family. This heartwarming family comedy charms by crafting ordinary, likeable characters who are not immune from humanly flaws. Slapstick comedy is sprinkled throughout, but there are no Parent Trap -esque evil stepparents lurking in the background. Stealing the spotlight from their adult counterparts, the two young stars give adorable, charming performances that will melt your heart and move you to tears.
