Screenings Reschedule

Screenings scheduled on 2 August and 6 September 2020 have been cancelled. Ticket holders of these screenings can be admitted to watch the same film according to rescheduled date with the original tickets.

Screenings Reschedule and Refund Arrangement

For screenings on 6 December 2020 and 7 February 2021 have been cancelled. Ticket holders of these screenings can be admitted to watch the same film according to rescheduled date with the original tickets.

Ticket holders can choose to request for cash refund from 4 March to 28 April 2021 (Sunday to Thursday 10:00 – 18:30; Friday to Saturday 10:00 – 20:00) at the Hong Kong Cultural Centre Box Office (Address: G/F., Auditoria Building, Hong Kong Cultural Centre, 10 Salisbury Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon) upon production of intact original ticket(s) (with stub). Late requests will not be accepted. A cash refund of the total face value of the ticket(s) will be made but handling and service charges collected are non-refundable. The ticket(s) will be collected by the Box Office for record purpose. Ticket refund may be refused if the ticket is damaged or defaced.

Screenings scheduled on 7 March and 28 March 2021 have been cancelled. Ticket holders of these screenings can be admitted to watch the same film according to rescheduled date with the original tickets. Refund arrangement will be announced in due course.
